Online Bicycle Purchases
We are not able to ship bicycles purchased online. However, all the bicycles on our website are available for Click and Collect.
Find the bike and size you want, and order it online. If you cannot find the bike you want, contact sales@speedriverbicycle.com and we'll check if or when that bike might become available. If you want to add accessories and have them installed, add them to the cart and write what you want installed in the notes.

Shipping
Speed River Bicycle offers ground shipping Canada wide! We feature Canada Post Regular Parcel Service (trackable) shipping on most online purchases (please note all bicycles cannot be shipped). Online orders* over $100 (before tax) qualify for free ground shipping. *excluding bicycles and select over-sized items.
Shipping Rates:
Ground shipping rates on online orders are as follows,
Orders with a pretax total of up to $99.99 will be $19.99 via Canada Post Regular Parcel Service with tracking
Orders* with a pretax total of $100 or more will be FREE SHIPPING via Canada Post Regular Parcel Service with tracking
*excluding bicycles and select oversized items.
Shipping Logistics:
All online orders ship from Speed River Bicycle from Tuesday to Friday. We do not ship online orders on weekends or statutory holidays. All online orders over $499 will be shipped with "a signature" required. Most online orders are processed within 24 hours of order placement. Some orders may require additional processing time due to the size of the order, the location of the order products, or the volume of orders being processed.
Order Fulfilment:
We will contact you if any purchased item from your order is unavailable due to an inventory discrepancy. When you submit an order through our e-comm store, your credit card is pre-authorized for the total order cost (including applicable taxes and shipping). Before shipping your order, Speed River Bicycle will only charge the amount that reflects the total cost of the shipped product(s) and applicable taxes and shipping costs. Out-of-stock order items that are cancelled will not be included in the final charge to your card. For all online orders over $200 not being picked up in-store, the ship-to address must match the billing address*. We reserve the right to cancel any online orders due to suspicious activity or other security reasons.
*Exceptions can apply if they are being shipped to a valid business address.
Online Order Cancelations:

Click & Collect Shopping
Most orders will be ready within two business days. Please remember that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly.
We will email you once your order is received in our system and is being processed. You will receive another email confirming when your order is ready for pickup. If you need an item immediately, we ask that you call us to confirm the product is available before heading to our store.
Unless special arrangements are made in advance, Store pick-up orders that are completely fulfilled (all items are ready for pick-up) will be available for 60 days. Orders not collected within this timeframe will be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method.
Home Delivery
Home delivery is available for purchases of bicycles and parts and accessories within the City of Guelph.
* Returns being shipped should be sent to Speed River Bicycle, 112 Wyndham Street N, Guelph, ON N1H 4E8
Attention: E-Comm Returns. Return fees are not covered by Speed River Bicycle. Online orders can also be returned in person to our store free of charge.
** Shipping fees are not refundable.
Bicycles can be returned within 7 days if in new and unused condition. When you pick up your bike we will review it with you and make sure it meets your expectations. Bicycles that have been accessorized are subject to a 20% restocking fee on each accessory.Website Prices and Information

We make every effort to maintain current, accurate prices and inventory in our online catalog and we strive for similar accuracy and timeliness with the other information we offer here. Information Security
We protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts all of the information you provide to us and prevents outside parties from being able to "see" your transaction information. When your account information is displayed on your screen, we only display the last five digits of your credit card numbers. You also have the choice of whether or not to save credit card information with us in your Online Account.
We sometimes use other companies (third-party service providers) to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders and delivering packages. They need access to some personal information in order to perform their duties but may not use this information for other purposes.
Warranty
If you have an issue with your product please don’t hesitate to email us at sales@speedriverbicycle.com. If you believe it's a manufacturers defect and would like to inquire about a warranty, send us an email and we can assist in the process. A detailed and sharp photo(s) of the defective product might be required along with the original receipt.
If the product you would like to warranty is from a brand we sell but was purchased elsewhere we can still help as long as you have the original receipt. This process may take some time for company reps to review; please allow for at least two weeks to process.
We know your gear gets wet and dirty through regular outdoor use, but please clean it off before photographing it or bringing it in.
