When you bring your bike in for an assessment, our mechanics will look it over and recommend one of the following service packages to get you rolling smoothly. Here is a breakdown on what each service level provides!

Level 1 Service
$89.99
Great for your well-maintained and clean bicycle that requires a basic annual service, it includes:
- Align and adjust brakes
- Tune and adjust shifting
- Torque all fasteners
- Inflate tires
- Lubricate chain
- Minor wheel truing
Level 2 Service
$159.99
Nothing says "ready to ride" like a freshly cleaned bike!
- Includes all Level 1 services
- Drivetrain complete degrease
- Inspect bottom bracket
- Clean and polish bike
- Lateral and vertical wheel true and tension
Level 3 Service
$299.99
Our best-value tune-up for riders who want their bike running perfectly.
- Includes all Level 2 services
- Disassemble and deep clean all parts
- Advanced wheel true
- Installation of chain, cassette, chainrings included, if applicable
- Update electronic shifting or e-assist, if applicable
- Bearing clean/grease/service on certain hub systems

Our professional service team has more than 100 years of combined bicycle service experience in Guelph, and we are always looking for ways to provide the best service possible. Our team attends training sessions, utilizes the support that our brands provide, and generally absorb as much info as we possibly can to be the most trustworthy mechanics around. We proudly service all makes and models.
We continuously invest in new tooling: the best tools from Park Tool, Wera, Unior, and Hozan fill our benches. We service Bosch E-bikes, Shimano E-bikes, and are Guelph's Di2 and AXS experts.
Our shop features an awesome Kowa spoke cutter and our wheel builder, Dave, is always happy to build you up a new set of wheels.
