2019/2020 Repair & Service workshops
We are offering three different types of workshop for this Fall/Winter season. Our classic 'Basic Maintenance Course' will be offered and we will be adding two new courses. "Setup your own tubeless" & "All about disc brakes" will be our newest offerings. Read on for more information!
Basic Maintenance Course
These courses are designed to cover the basics, where the basics are:
- flat repair
- simple drivetrain adjustments
- simple brake adjustments
- simple chain repair
- pre ride bike check
- post ride maintenance
We will also cover what we consider to be the ideal tools and accessories to carry with you when going out for a ride whether that ride is commuting, training or relaxing on your bike. We provide the bike and you get comfortable servicing bikes under the watchful eye of a master mechanic!
Course fee: 50$ + tax
Course date: Dec 11, 2019 / Jan 22, 2020 / Feb 12, 2020 / Mar 4, 2020
Extra Information:This course starts at 630pm sharp and you can expect it to be 1.5 hours in duration. You will receive 15% off any tools that you purchase after the course.
Set up your own Tubeless!
You bring as much as you have (tubeless ready wheels at minimum) and we will teach you, step by step, how to set your wheels up tubeless! A perfect opportunity to enhance your ride, learn how to work on your bike and get some great experience under the watchful eye of an expert mechanic.
Course fee: 60$
Course date: Feb 5th, 2020
Extra Information:This course starts at 630pm sharp and you can expect it to be 1.5 hours in duration. Parts & fluids are extra. You will receive 15% off any parts (valves, tape etc...) that you purchase for the course!
All about disc brakes!
Disc Brake service can be intimidating so be sure to sign up for this course. We provide the bikes/brakes and you get the opportunity to bleed, and service, Shimano and Avid MTB style disc brakes. Get some hands on experience under the watchful eyes of an expert mechanic.
Course fee: 60$
Course date: Jan 15 2020, 630pm
Extra Information: This course starts at 630pm sharp and you can expect it to be 1.5 hours in duration. Any service equipment purchased at the course will receive a 15% discount.
