To respect physical distancing and to provide a safe environment for customers and employees, we are booking all repairs via our website. By filling out one of the web forms you are 'getting in line' for service.
Your service can be picked up by us, in our service van. Full tune ups, brake bleeds, overhauls etc... will be picked up in our service van at no charge. We will constantly update our turnaround times as the season ebbs and flows. There is no charge, but, there is a minimum service fee associated with this.
If your bike is in need of a flat fix or simple repair there is NO reason to wait. We are now offering curbside dropoff appointments for the simpler repairs like flat fixes, brake adjustments and warranty tunes. We also recognize that things are changing, people might be back to work and waiting for us to pick up the bike isn't suitable so we are offering drop off for all repairs.
